1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and betbet ("betbet," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting platform operating under Philippine law. By accessing betbet.cam, creating an account, making deposits, placing wagers, or otherwise using any services provided by betbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using betbet's services and close your account. Continued use of our platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

betbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of betbet's services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.2 Regulatory Compliance

betbet operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable Philippine laws, including Republic Act No. 9287 (the law increasing penalties for illegal gambling) and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling operations. All gaming activities offered by betbet are authorized under PAGCOR's licensing framework.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a resident of the Philippines to register for a betbet account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and can provide valid government-issued identification proving your age and identity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under Philippine law and any local regulations applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are accessing betbet's services voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current;

2.2 Account Creation

To use betbet's real-money gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and creating secure login credentials. You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betbet is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all users. Within seventy-two (72) hours of registration, you must complete KYC verification by uploading clear, legible copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID, or postal ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and address).

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification within the specified timeframe will be restricted from making withdrawals. betbet reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or suspicious activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days will result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify betbet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. betbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain proper security of your credentials.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Deposit Methods

betbet accepts deposits via various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven CLiQQ and SM Bills Payment, and direct bank deposits to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet methods and typically within one (1) to four (4) hours for bank transfers during banking hours.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Standard accounts may deposit up to One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00) per transaction and Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱500,000.00) per month. VIP accounts may have higher limits subject to approval and enhanced due diligence.

3.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. betbet reserves the right to investigate the source of funds for any deposit and may request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of funds. This is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

3.4 No Deposit Fees

betbet does not charge fees for deposits made via any supported payment method. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond betbet's control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. Funds are typically received within the same business day for GCash and Maya withdrawals, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, depending on your bank's processing times.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300.00). Maximum withdrawal limits are Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱200,000.00) per transaction and One Million Philippine Pesos (₱1,000,000.00) per month for standard accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP account holders subject to approval.

4.3 Withdrawal to Original Deposit Method

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If this is not feasible (for example, if you deposited via over-the-counter but wish to withdraw to GCash), betbet may require additional verification before processing the withdrawal.

4.4 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Restrictions

If you have active bonuses or promotional funds in your account, you must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing. Standard deposit amounts (excluding bonuses) must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements may result in withdrawal rejection and forfeiture of bonus funds.

4.5 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed and approved. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, cancellation is no longer possible. betbet is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

betbet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are thirty (30) times the bonus amount for casino bonuses and ten (10) times the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses. For example, a ₱1,000 casino bonus would require ₱30,000 in wagers before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (minimum 1.50).

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

betbet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine gaming activity, or any other activity that betbet reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse. Engaging in bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

betbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, users who have already claimed the promotion will be allowed to complete their wagering requirements under the original terms, unless the promotion was canceled due to abuse or technical error.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered by betbet use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. betbet is committed to maintaining the integrity of all gaming activities and prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting systems (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other conduct that provides an unfair advantage.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game offered on betbet has specific rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages which are displayed within the game interface or accessible via the game information section. 6.4 Voided Bets and Error Correction

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

betbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

7.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect, allowing you time to reconsider.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from six (6) months to five (5) years, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, make deposits, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable during the exclusion period.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your betbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened unless approved by betbet management under exceptional circumstances.

8.2 Suspension and Termination by betbet

betbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to complete KYC verification, exhibited signs of problem gambling that require intervention, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or comply with regulatory requirements. In such cases, betbet will provide notice when legally permissible and return any remaining balance after deducting amounts owed to betbet.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. betbet may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00) on dormant accounts with positive balances. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be closed. You will be notified before dormancy fees are applied and given the opportunity to reactivate your account.

9. Intellectual Property and License

9.1 Ownership

All content on betbet.cam, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of betbet or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from betbet.

9.2 Limited License

betbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to download (except for temporary caching), copy, modify, or reverse engineer any portion of betbet's software or services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Data Collection and Use

betbet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an account, you consent to receive communications from betbet via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications regarding your account, transactions, promotional offers, and important updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

betbet's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, betbet disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. betbet does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform stability and security.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if betbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. betbet's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited to your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Force Majeure

betbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer Support Resolution

If you have any disputes, complaints, or concerns regarding betbet's services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within fourteen (14) days of receiving a formal complaint.

12.2 PAGCOR Complaint Mechanism

If a dispute cannot be resolved through betbet's customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaint channels. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, betbet is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

12.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and betbet and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

The failure of betbet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of betbet.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without betbet's prior written consent. betbet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor or affiliated entity without your consent.

13.5 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
